Data protection

We collect, use and save our personal data exclusively within the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. We inform you below about the type, scope and purpose of the data collection and use.

Every time our internet page is assessed, and every time a file on this website is requested, a record is made. This saved data is used for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The record includes: The name of the assessed file, data and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful request, web browser and requested domain. Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded. Further personal data is only recorded if the user of the website and/or customer gives information voluntarily, such as when making an enquiry, registering, concluding a contract or via the settings in their browser. Our internet site uses cookies. A cookie is a text file which is sent when visiting a website, and temporarily saved on the hard drive of the website user and/or customer. If the corresponding server on our website is called up again by the website user and/or customer, the user’s browser will send the previously received cookie back to the server. The server can analyze the information received through this procedure in various ways. For example, cookies can control advertisement displays or make it easier to navigate the website. If the website user and/or customer wants to prevent the use of cookies, they can do so by changing local settings on their computer’s internet browser, i.e. the programme that opens and displays websites (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari).

If the website user has made personal data available, we will only use this to answer questions from the website user and/or customer, to process contracts made with the website user and/or customer, and for technical administration. We only pass on personal data to third parties or otherwise transmit this data if this is necessary fo the purpose of contract processing or invoicing, or if the website user and/or customer has agreed to this in advance. The website user and/or customer has the right to withdraw permission previously given, at any time and with effect for the future. The personal data is deleted when the website user and/or customer withdraws permission for it to be saved; when this is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which it was saved; or when it becomes otherwise legally prohibited to save it. Data for the purpose of invoicing and accounting is not affected by a request to delete.

On written request, we inform the website user and/or customer about the personal data we have saved about them. The request should be directed to the address given in the legal notice website.
